Maybe this is the choice that's right for me, after all. Sylvarant is so refreshing, the air so clear and clean, the atmosphere so optimistic. It almost makes me forget about the people I've left behind. I know I shouldn't. With Cain gone, the Orden cannot last for long, and the Vatican can survive without me. Selfishness, for a long time, has been beneath my expectations for myself, but.. if I do say so, myself, this ought to be good for me. In this world, just maybe, I'll never have to give myself up to Krusnik again.

Well, the idea of writing journals, especially for the teachers, is an interesting practice. Heh, heh. I guess it's just for reminding students of due dates and whatnot. Speaking of students, my first day's Philosophy classes have been exceptionally bright. I understand that it is an academy for exceptionally bright students, but I never expected them to be taking such an interest in the material. How silly of me, if a student dared to take a course like Philosophy in the first place, would they not be keen on it? I mean, it's not exactly a course many students would take as an elective...Hmm..
